Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of CyLocal (“we”, “us”), the social network for Cyprus at cylocal.com. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use CyLocal. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. Please give us accurate information and keep to one account per person.
3. Your content
You own what you post. By posting, you give CyLocal a licence to store, display, and distribute it so the service can work — for example, showing your posts to the people who follow you. You’re responsible for what you post and must have the right to share it.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use CyLocal to harass, threaten, or impersonate others, post illegal content, spam, or try to access accounts or data that aren’t yours. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Availability
CyLocal is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running smoothly but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable EU law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
